The List Continued
Thanks to everyone who has made an effort to submit your favourite cuisines. All the replies have been thoughtful and have provoked much thinking at this end. I will put on my cowboy boots and round up all the replies tomorrow, Friday pm., in time for a weekend post.
That is if my computer is still working. The heavens opened up today and we have discovered the roof has a leak. Guess where? Right over my computer.
Okay, so if you haven't submitted, there is still time, but please hurry, my arm is getting tired from holding this umbrella.

2 Comments:
1. vietnamese: Soup noodles are quick and easy - just the thing when you don't feel like cooking dinner; can't go past vietnamese salad for something light and tasty.
2. noodles (I know it's not a cuisine!): the endless variety of noodles dishes from charkuay teow to hokkien mee to udon or ramen - all delicious.
3. japanese: sushi and sashimi anytime!
hmmmm, there seems to be a theme here. Anyway, looking forward to roundup.
Once, many years ago, I lost my job and all I could look forward to was coming home and having a few glasses of something in my favourite chair. It had been raining all day and the roof was leaking - right over my chair. It was soaking.
