About Me
I'm a Melbourne boy, hailing from St Kilda with one ex, one current wife and four kids. Love the outdoors and making new discoveries. I cook a lot at home (cheers from wife) and do some preserving, mostly jams, pickles and fruit liqueurs. This is the diary of a cooking journey.

Show & Tell
My wife D was asking M what she would like to take to school for her show & tell. Without a moments hesitation she replied that she wanted to take dad's happy birthday bottle, the one I mentioned a couple of posts ago that plays 'happy birthday' when you unscrew the cap...the one that is full of vodka.

I wonder if I might be suspended or expelled if M took it? It might be the best show and tell they ever have. A very naughty part of me can just imagine the stories they might share...as if echolalia wasn't enough.

So what was the second choice?

You are lucky. My mates ten year old recently took his stool sample in to show and tell - I believe she won.

Let her take it. What could possibly go wrong?

Oh yes. I suspect it would send a mixed message [with or without the echolalia]
Cheers

LOL! Very funny! What a show and tell it would be. hehehe!

I haven't been here in a while, unfortunately. I love your new(?) layout. Very nice.

Best,
Paz

Hi tanna, a wind up clown that played green sleeves, not quite the same, but pretty close!

Hi ed, to the winner go the spoils...

Hi laurie, I'm sure that's a rhetorical question, but nonetheless a question I used to ask myself in my younger days. Margarita anyone?

Hi mcewen, mixed, garbled & slurred!!!

Hi paz, just so long as someone remembered the ice, lol. Great to see you again, it must have been a while if you haven't seen the new(old) layout.
